Essence of black chicken


This is how you get the essence of chicken. For me, I used black chicken for more nutritions. Just cut the chicken into halves, take out the head, feet and internal organs, wash them clean and steam for 30mins. Yummily nice!

Always wanted to eat this dish. Thought that you can only eat this in Hong Kong but hey, found this in Crystal Jade Kitchen at Jurong Point. As for the taste, not much special. Maybe should try the one in Hong Kong to compare...hehe...

Pumpkin Soup


This is the first time my wife and I try to cook pumpkin soup tonight, chinese style, meaning using pork ribs as soup base and no corn flour added. Hope it'll taste good!:p
